Digitalization

Digitalization of Production Processes and Equipment Modernization

With support from Altum, we have taken a significant step towards fully automated and efficient production processes. The project was implemented with an Altum loan with a capital discount, available under the “Promoting Digital Transformation of Enterprises” program. This program is carried out within the framework of the European Union Recovery Fund #NextGenerationEU, aiming to enhance companies’ productivity and process digitalization.

The support is intended for investments in digitalization and automation, including equipment modernization, implementation of new technologies and software, process optimization, and integration of digital solutions in production.

For process digitalization, we updated and optimized existing production and other equipment, as well as acquired new machinery. The project included the installation of a 5-axis simultaneous machining center with a control system, a single-level 6-pallet automatic part loading system, and the implementation of new software to enable more efficient and precise production management.

Within the project:

  • We purchased a new DN Solutions DVF-5000 5-axis CNC machining center,

  • We purchased a new DN Solutions AWC 6-pallet automatic loading system, which is integrated with the DVF-5000,

  • We implemented the ProSHOP ERP digital management platform.

These investments allow us to operate continuously 24/7, significantly improve production precision, optimize costs, and ensure even faster order fulfillment.
